Hot and Spicy Vegetable Soup

Carrot - 1 cup
Onion - 2 medium
Tomato - 2 big
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Whole Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Cardamom - 4
Clove - 4
Cinnamon - 1 small piece
Salt

2. Tomato Sauce - 1 tablespoon
White sauce - 2 tablespoon (optional)

3. Water - 2-3 cups

4. Bread - 2 slices

Boil the number 1 ingredients in water till it is cooked. Separate the stock from the vegetable mix. Grind the mix into a smooth paste. Mix the grounded paste and stock and tomato sauce and White Sause and heat at low flame for 7 - 10 minutes. Serve hot with bread crutons.
Remove the crust of the bread and cut into cubes. Shallow fry the bread cubes & serve with soup.
